The Hamsa hand is best known for the power to protect the owner from the evil eye and bring happiness to the holder.

The holder of the Hamsa expects to be protected from all negative energies. The most common negative energy being envious glares from people wishing you no good.

A hamsa is a hand, with three extended fingers in the middle with an eye displayed in the palm of the hand.  The eye is thought to be a powerful talisman against the “evil eye.” The evil eye is a certain “look” that can cause bad luck for the person at whom it is directed.

This “look” often originates with a person, though not always intentionally. Legends about the evil eye give both regular people and those with certain powers the ability to cast the evil eye. In the case of the average Joe, envy is most often cited as the unintentional source of the evil eye.

The Evil Eye Symbol is meant to “reflect” the power of the evil look. The evil eye amulet originated in Greece, where it was known as an “apotropaic” amulet, meaning that it reflected harm.

Amazonite is a “Stone of Success and Abundance”, attracting focus and good luck.  The Amazonite stone is a powerful talisman of healing and prosperity. It has been used in jewelry and cut into beads since the time of the early Mesopotamian cultures. Well-known in India, Egypt, Sudan and Mesopotamia, it was a popular amulet stone and was once used as decorative material for building facades. It was carved and cut into tablets for the Egyptian funerary text, Book of the Dead, and an Amazonite scarab ring was found among Tutankhamen’s treasures.

Amazonite is a "Stone of Courage and Truth"; empowers one to search self and discover one’s own truths and integrity, and move beyond fear of judgment or confrontation with others to live in alignment with those beliefs and values. Provides the freedom to express one’s thoughts and feelings, and to set strong and clear boundaries, both internally as self-discipline.

Pale azure blue amazonite is known as the lucky "Hope Stone". It will be lucky for all your hopes and dreams. Amazonite is blue-green to pale green stone in the feldspar group.

Amazonite assists in communicating one’s true thoughts and feelings without over-emotionalism. It also enables one to see a problem from another’s point of view in order to affect peace, or to see both sides of an issue objectively to resolve one’s own inner conflicts. Sleeping with an Amazonite can bring these components into focus through the symbolism of dreams.

As a support stone, Amazonite aids in overcoming loneliness, and has been credited with making married life happier.

Raku Ceramic Yoga Mala Bead Bracelets | Men & Women

Raku pottery's interesting rainbow like glaze effects are created through a unique firing process. The piece is sealed in a glaze with high copper content. The pottery is fired like any other ceramic, but is removed while the glaze is still molten hot. The piece is then placed in a bin of combustible materials. These ignite, causing a reaction with the copper, resulting in a colorful luster and irregular surface patterns.
